Quiznos - Red Deer

Great toasted sandwiches! Chicken carbonarra with mushrooms, my favourite.

I have been visiting this restaurant for the past 15 years. The subs are toasted to perfection and are pleasantly warm when you unwrap them. The staff is friendly, the location is fantastic, and the food is consistently delicious.

I had a terrible experience with a sub from the East Hill location. They toasted it without asking, and it was burnt to the point where half of it was charred. When I asked for a replacement, they refused. It was the worst tasting sub I’ve ever had. I definitely won't be returning. Avoid this place!

While the staff at other Quizno’s locations in Red Deer are fantastic, the team at East Hill Centre leaves much to be desired. On two separate occasions, I requested wraps but was informed they were out of them. During my most recent visit, they also refused to convert the sub of the day into a wrap, which has not been an issue at other locations I’ve visited. This makes it quite challenging to stick to a low-carb diet here. Overall, the service attitude seems focused on their own convenience rather than customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend this particular location.

I've dined here numerous times over the past year, and each experience has been fantastic. The service is always friendly, and the meals are not only delicious but also a great value!
