We order from here regularly and find it to be very good pizza. Love the cheese sticks as well. Have also tried the lasagna, also very good. I find it to be reasonably priced. Used to be super fast but since change in ownership got very slow for a while, but definitely improving on that. Most importantly the food remained consistant. View all feedback.

They put out flyers offering free Cinnamon Sticks with a 2 for 1 Speciality Pizza, but didn't offer this when I ordered. I asked for them to be told "Oh you need a coupon for that" I said I had one, they replied "we don't have any Cinnamon sticks and haven't had for some time". Dishonest business.

The chef I'm assuming being that he was wearing a chef hat and jacket was smoking outside in his uniform and from what I saw did not wash his hands coming back in. He then went straight to handling food which was very unappetizing considering I was waiting on my food. The pizza was alright but I've had much better pizza made by their morning guy. Needless to say I won't be buying when he's on shift.
I just went into your red deer location and bought a single, medium, 2 topping pizza. And got charged $19.85 (or something very close to that) my bad for walking out without my receipt, but it was barely under $20 your cook with the little ponytail can fill you in with the actual price, your menu reads a medium 1 topping pizza is $11.95 and $2 for additional topping. So shouldn't it be $14.95? or if that 1 topping you offer cheese? (which maybe you guys have been kind to me in the past and regular cheese doesn't count as a topping, still doesn't add up to almost $20) after I ask him why so much he argued with me it was a specialty pizza. Although a Hawaiian supreme reads double pineapple/double ham, I just ordered 1 ham 1 pineapple, then had a employee argue I was wrong, those 2 toppings together make it special. I could have paid $2 more and got a 2 for 1 medium deal according to your menu. This is a disappointment, as I order from u guys regularly, I order pick up minimal once a week. I am very disappointed in your staff you have. I have met your owner, or at least the nice lady who we had a chat about your new debit machine when you got it, I'm assuming she was the owner. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm very disappointed in your staff. Pizza was great, but this left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
