I do find the buffet a little overpriced for people who love Chinese but don't eat alot.

So tast... read more The food is definitely spectular. There are many dishes to choose from. Desserts are full!!What i love in this restaurant is the pork siomai and dimsum! So tasty! The wanton soup also. Pork bbq, roast beef, and turkey! Ready..you must be hungry that much to occupy the food in the stomach.

We were a group of 20 people including 4 kids. The kids were 5, 8, 10 & 10. The 10s were considered adults. The waitress started asking us for payment even when... read more We were a group of 20 people including 4 kids. The kids were 5, 8, 10 & 10. The 10s were considered adults. The waitress started asking us for payment even when we were still dining! She mistakenly counted our number as 22. Our repeated efforts failed to make them understand that she was wrong. When the counter lady came to help the counting, she behaved extremely rudely to figure out the right number of people to match the bills. She talked very rudely with us. At the end when her lengthy repeated counting proved the number as 20, she mentioned that we did not pay the waitress even 10% tips! Please note this is a Buffet. Any person with self respect got to be very careful when considering dining in this Buffet Restaurant.

We go to the Phoenix pretty frequently. It gets very busy even during the week. Servers are always friendly but rushed. The food is always hot but sometimes we find they aren't quick to replace items in the buffet that run out. There is a good variety of food, it is not a massive buffet which we appreciate. My partner loves the dim sum.

While the selection of dishes is impressive, the salad options could use some improvement, as is often the case with Chinese buffets. The service is also quite good.
