OPA! of Greece - Red Deer

One of my favorite places for lunch. I always have the chicken OPA plater and it is consistently good. The parking lot can be cloged at noon due to all neighboring restaurants.

We try to make it in to Opa! at least once a month, the service is always great and my whole family enjoys the fresh food. I also have food from Opa! brought out to our shop in Blackfalds whenever we have large groups for day long meetings and/or training. I 've found that it makes a significant difference in the alertness level of our employees during what is typically an afternoon lull (during boring seminars or training courses). The counter staff is always very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. We love the food! Opa platter with 2 skewers of lamb with ceasar salad. Side of calamari (very good). Not sure what they do to their fries they are very good as well.

The service from the two young fellows were excellent. They were quite attentive and quick to suggest sides and drinks. The food portions were quite generous for a fast food outlet. The fried calamares were surprisingly fresh and crispy. The dips were good but I wish there would be more choices. Overall experience was great. Will surely come back when I'm passing by to head home to Calgary.

I always have an excellent experience at this new Opa restaurant location. I have been here a few times now and I recommend this location to all of my friends and family. The food is great, there is friendly service, and it is always very clean. The value for the amount of food you get is really good. The owners are very personable as well. I highly recommend this place.

Great hot, fresh food. Great portions, friendly staff. At a road stop that is filled with greasy fast food restaurants, this is a welcome addition.
