T... read more Every business has an off day, so I try not to judge negatively based on one visit. But this is my 3rd time at this location with the same results every time. The service was laughably slow. Today there was nobody at the front counter, and I could hear the staff joking around in the back. Not a big deal, except that I had to wait 3 or 4 minutes before someone finally arrived to help me. The same thing happened a few minutes later when another customer came in, except that he had to wait even longer. The food itself was delivered quickly - but only because it had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I didn't even finish my meal because it tasted so bad. The fries were cold and the chicken was like grease-saturated rubber. Even though I was clearly eating in, my food was given to me in a to-go bag. I think that this location banks on people not dining in so as to reduce complaints. But the highlight was that once my meal was ready, it sat under another heat lamp - within full view - for another couple of minutes because the cashier had disappeared somewhere! But rather than simply give me my meal (I was the only customer in the store at that point), the "cook" that packaged it up left it sitting there to wait for the cashier. I will not be returning to this location again.
