Indian Flame and Pizza - Red Deer

I went here with my pal and the food was absolutely soectacular. The cheese naan is amazing, such an amazing gem of Red Deer

This is probably the 10th time I have ate here and feel bad about not doing a review until now. It might be tucked away but this is a little taste jem in Red Deer. The butter chicken and the garlic nan are a staple and even if that's all you want you will be impressed. All items are good hear and you will be surprised at the service and quality of food.

The parking area was full, so expected the restaurant to be busy. Only 2 other tables in use. We decided on the buffet which was from 11 am until 2 pm. There were only 4 meat dishes available and 3 were almost empty, the only one to be refilled was the butter chicken. There was a lack of flavour to all the dishes, a huge disappointment.

This restaurant is not a good quality Indian restaurant. The curries are watery and sauces are thin. Food seems like leftovers. Very disappointed because it came highly recommended.

I have never been to this restaurant but I asked them for a home delivery. Me and my wife were staying in at comfort inn and did not want to go out to any restaurant because we did not want to drive because of heavy snow fall last week. We ordered for Chana dal, paneer butter masala, naan, roti and rice. The delivery came after 45 mins(which wasn't disappointing because the guy on phone said 40-45 mins). The food was delivered to our room. Surprisingly the food was hot(I did not expect that). The portion size was good.Roti and naan was good, rice was good. Chana dal was not Chana dal(it was mixed probably).I was disappointed because I really was hoping for Chana dal. But it was tasty (whatever dal it was). Paneer butter masala was too too sweet (no no no no....did not like it at all). Would like to go to the restaurant and dine in next time to rate their service.
