If I could give 0 stars I would. All three of our steaks were over cooked. When I mentioned that it was over cooked but I would eat it anyway she didn’t even say anything. First time I have ever left a restaurant without tipping. Will not eat there again. Very disappointing for a casino restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$70–80

The management at embers lounge is a joke . Very long time customer here and was served a sub standard meal and when I complained and wanted the next one free . (12.00 wonton soup I was told to bad . And I eat 7 meals a week there . If that is what she thinks about her regular customers she should not be running a business.
