Edo Japan - Red Deer

We've eaten here several times in the past but we stopped to pick up dinner on Thursday night and what a mistake that was. They were so disorganized they were getting orders mixed up. We ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki and a sumo sized chicken teriyaki both with brown rice. When we got home we discovered there were no shrimp and the sumo sized barely had any chicken. It tasted fine even though it was basically a pile of rice with sauce. If you get yours to go, i highly recommend that you check what's in the containers before leaving.

We have eaten here twice in the last month. Went for a quick, healthy meal. Food was awesome and so was the service. Would definitely recommend eating here if you are in a hurry or in the mall and need a quick bite!

Yummy food, usual atmosphere for an Edo, nice staff. I go here a bit so obviously I like the service; I’ll also keep going here.

We stopped in for a quick bite. We wanted to try the Poke Bowl. We were never asked what sauce we wanted, they just added the Wasabi Mayo. It was awful. I like hot, but this was just bad. I asked if they could make another. They said that they are pre-packaged. It says that they make them fresh on the sign. Liers. Then when we got the new bowl, it was the same thing. When I talked to the cashier, she suddenly could not speak English. I will NEVER go back there.

In late in the evening but an hour before closing. Very clean. Personable staff. Wuick service and food very good. Good place too go.
