Our visit was nothing extravagant. Pretty tasty food, there was a miscommunication with my order & the waitress was very kind to fix it immediately (even though it was probably my fault). However, we waited a bit of time for her to come around when we asked for things or needed refills. I suspect ESM's "we are Italian" is a bit of a joke to real Italians, but for us peon North Americans, it will do. Given that I don't like pasta, I choose to measure this ESMs by what I know best: steak.Mine was done as requested (barely).
