What User likes about Dairy Queen Grill and Chill:
It was sweltering and muggy outside... So a DQ Strawberry Sundae was what I was craving. I made my way to the DQ and was treated to the most excellent Sundae and Ultimate Burger... was so good and disappeared so quickly that a passerby suggested I should have another... much as I would have liked too it will have to wait for another day... Maybe on that visit I will take a picture before I eat it! View all feedback.

As soon as we entered, we were blasted with a bad sewer odour! When we entered to get in line, my husband & I thought we could handle it until we looked at our 8 & 4 year olds covering their noses. We didn't even order, I gestured to the manager taking orders that we just can't... With my fingers on my nose. Too think of all the times I use the drive thru, probably permanently smells in there. Dairy Queen has good ice cream and onion rings but not so good burgers. I'd like to come back here, but I don't know.

Went for a quick snack of a medium dipped cone....service was great and friendly and the cone delicious.

Well five of us went there for lunch today... The. Clerk at the till was soooo slow and confused just to print receipt !! The food was served by a staff that I just seen wiping her hands all over her face, then opened my burger and bun was so soggy pretty sure they microwaved it,the patty was Luke warm was terrible. Tried to look past that and ordered a sundae well when they delivered the four of them to the table the (manager) is balancing them in her hands and struggles to place them on the table! You would think maybe use a tray to deliver them to the customer! Was very disappointed!!
