What Cathy O'Conner doesn't like about Arby's:
My food was delicious but out of 2 meals my friend and I ordered only one of the sandwiches was actually what we ordered/paid for and I ordered a side of au jus sauce with mine that was paid for but we didn't receive. Employees were attentive and friendly and professional but were unfortunately understaffed I believe. View all feedback.
The food was terrible and the 2 children who work did not know that I could not even take my order right.
Avie helped me at the drive thru and she is great. She has amazing customer service skils.
Do i really need to say anything.. They're the slowest people on the planet.
