Waited longer than other customers for our food. I asked for my burger to cooked medium. Waitress told me cook does it her way. That way is apparently rubber. Now known as Southwest Grill! Went on opening day for lunch so it was quite busy. They offer different menu for dinner. Waitress had many tables to serve but made every effort to meet our needs. Adequate proportions and offered buffet (once thru) food was hot and cooked as ordered and was delicious.
