Swamp John's - Franklin County

I highly recommend this restaurant, it's the best in town! The smashed potato and grilled chicken salad are must-tries. My only wish is that they were open every day. On Thursdays, you have to try their fried fish, it's delicious! They even make their own tartar sauce. Don't forget to ask for pickles and onions as well!

The fish was slightly undercooked and a little overpriced. It was clear that Friday nights are their busiest. I pre-ordered for drive-thru pickup, but it took longer than expected.
