Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

Besides the dude clearly smoking a blunt near the back door, the LONG wait time, them messing up my order, and my drink lid being a solid piece of plastic with no straw hole..then ig it's okay food. I used to eat at this Bojangles all the time and wanted to try then again but now I remember why I don't eat here

Decided to get lunch because there was no line compared to all the other restaurants around. Weellllllll i see why there was no line now????. I sat in line for 20 minutes before having my order taken and there was ONE car in front of me. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a tea and fries. When i got to the first window the person taking orders and payment was on their phone and didn 't even speak. They took my card and handed it back with no receipt, if i had a receipt i would have called management but i guess Google will have to do. Then at the 2nd window to get my food, i asked for BBQ sauce Ketchup. She looked at me like she was disgusted that i asked for something. She proceeded to say it 's $0.55 i reached for some change and when i turned back around she shoved my bag towards me and said you know what, have a nice day i sat there for a moment looking at her like what did i do or say wrong for such an attitude. Then i slowly pulled off. Well when i got to work 10 minutes away, my fries were burnt and hard as a rock, my chicken sandwich was hard and dark brown like it had been sitting and dry and to top it off the tea was spoiled.....i gaged when i tried to drink it????????. So sadly i threw everything away because i couldn 't leave to take it back and get it replaced. Tip of the day: if you don 't like working in the food industry or customer service based job.....QUIT and go somewhere else. Us customers that buy things at an establishment and did nothing to you don 't deserve to deal with an attitude or rudeness.

You should literally close this location just like you did the one on Hixson Pike because this is just sad! Waited in line 34 mins with only 1 car ahead of me to be told when I paid nd got handed my card back that I?m getting white meat which I don?t eat??????????? Had 4 workers in there yet the older lady in drive thru seemed to be the only one working. The other girls was walking around chewing food place looked disgusting thru the window!! After reading these other reviews I wish I never even wasted my time ????

Ordered already online, showed up early but they were able to speed up the order and got everything fresh. Easy order, friendly staff, will update after eating ????

Best fast food experience we have had in a long time at 4pm. Food was fresh and good, and the drive through was smooth. Much much better overall experience compared to Popeyes.
