The employees are always very friendly and generally sincere in their interactions with me.

Waited 26 minutes for a shake and chicken dinner with 2 orders of tater tots. Chicken came out black like the grease was burnt. The tator tots were extremely soggy with grease and burnt oil flavor like the chicken. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot and a full staff with 2 workers kicked back in chairs. Highly disappointed!!

The workers here do a terrible job, which is surprising considering the chefs usually serve meals that are much better than this.

I have had my review removed multiple times. The Rector Sonic provides a mediocre experience. The service is consistently slow. The likelihood of receiving correct food orders is low. Most importantly, the quality of the food is not impressive. Unfortunately, it is one of the few dining options in town. I would give it two stars if I wasn't constantly rewriting my review due to it being removed.

The experience at this restaurant was great - everything was on point and the service was quick. We ordered takeout for lunch and it was reasonably priced at $10-$20 per person. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend trying the onion rings.
