A visit is a must on the sweltering hot days of Summer ... the pistachio gelato is absolutely delicious and a must try . If you need a coffee, Cavassa make the best in town (especially if you feel like a cappuccino). The atmosphere is lively and local and the staff are great!

To be honest, it's better to skip Recco, but we had parked our car, had some spare time and decided to get a drink. Nice places are a bit hard to find in town (especially directly after lunch), but at the end we found the Cavassa Bar. The advantage of places like Recco is the fact that life is inexpensive. The quality of the items, served by this bar, is good. Prices are definitely below the average in this part of italy. Service is good and friendly.

All gelatos are prepared on the spot, extremely fresh and offer that mouthwatering rich and soft taste best of the best! Good selection of flavors pistachio was the best I ever had. The place is very cozy, serves coffee and snacks (and gluten free breakfast! , has a bathroom and tables outside.
