Where else would you go for a drink after hours at Cemetery Junction? I've had some good times in here, although you'd never think it from looking at the frontage from London Road. Good value. And let's you order a kebab from next door, have a drink while you wait, then they bring it to you from the kitchen! Beats Deliveroo. View all feedback.
I hadn't been here in over 25 years, but the atmosphere is fantastic!
This place has an amazing atmosphere—it's laid-back during the week and really vibrant on Fridays and weekends. There's always a variety of music playing (I believe there's a jukebox). The staff are incredibly friendly, and you'll find a nice mix of locals here.
I stopped by a couple of times while working in the area. They have a great selection of beers, and the owner (I assume) is a really good guy.
I've been to 35 pubs in reading so far and this is 100% the friendliest. Definitely would visit again!
Such a cool bat with great vibes to have in the area. Nothing pretentious. Super friendly staff too. Will go back
