My family and I visited this restaurant for dinner on a rainy and windy evening. The restaurant was nearly empty, but we were asked to wait by a new server. Aft... read more My family and I visited this restaurant for dinner on a rainy and windy evening. The restaurant was nearly empty, but we were asked to wait by a new server. After a few minutes, another server showed us to a few tables to choose from and we were seated. There were clear partitions between tables, which was reassuring for COVID safety measures in the small restaurant. For starters, we had vegetable spring rolls and tofu skewers, followed by pad Thai noodles and tofu curry with jasmine rice. The rice was served in cute baskets and was delicious on its own. The dining experience was pleasant overall.

The food was delicious, the service was good, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The chicken satay was juicy, the smothered prawns were divine, and the massaman bark curry was delicious. The chicken pad thai was also excellent! I will definitely be visiting them again in Reading.
