The employees and drinks at this restaurant are amazing! My favorite drink is the earthy frappuccino. I appreciate that they give a 10% discount to local workers, which is a beautiful gesture. Every visit has been great, and I am thankful. View all feedback.

Visited the Starbucks opposite the station on Monday whilst on my many visits for work to Reading. I always go to Starbucks, I asked to use the Vitality app, and was told they do not take it, i said oh, thats a shame. i dont...know what the person behind the till, Kaye misinterpritated it as but I got an earful stating they was no part of Starbucks, they were a part of the hotel. Absolutely appalling, very bitter and grainy mocha, tasted as if the machine hadn't been cleaned for a month. Not recommended.

The approach was dreadful. Didn't even get my receipt and was pushed away from the till quicker than ever with dirty looks coming my way. Did not expect that. I will be taking this further!
Coming here in for coffee is the highlight of my day Kaye and her team are fantastic. Highly recommended stop on your way to work conveniently located next to the station.
