When I arrived, I saw a staff member at the back with his hand down his trousers scratching himself. After he finished, he continued preparing orders. When I complained, he just smiled and spoke to his colleague in a foreign language. I decided not to pick up my order. The staff was extremely unprofessional and showed no regard for hygiene. I would recommend staying away from this place.
