The resteraunt was not busy at this time Offered very dirty seat- Ladies toilets were filthy, and handle on door broken- When kindly requested new seats, was responded with a sigh New seats were very sticky- Asked for warm water and staff was very unwilling and hesitant- Once warm water was ready. Staff waved for attention at the bar and got us to go collect from him- While waiting for food, our desk cutlery was taken and not replaced. Eventually had to ask new staff member- Starters arrived after the pizza- Asked for the bill, staff acknowledged however started serving other customers. After we got up to pay the bill at the till ourselves

After waiting what seemed an age to be seated, there were many empty seats, we started to walk away. Then a guy came at the last minute and seated us. Then a waitress arrived and accused us of seating ourselves without permission before the table was ready. I said that wasn't true she then questioned my answer. We walked out. Its an English disease. Some restaurants seem to think THEY are doing costumers a favour.

Most of our... read more Everyone knows what to expect from Pizza Hut right? We did the pizza buffet and quickly realised it's not the place to be unless you have children. Most of our time was spent in a queue behind families fighting for slices of pizza because the restaurant couldn't keep up with the demand! There are better value offers for your money and much better quality pizzerias in the area. One for the family. Never again.

Although the management was apologetic and offered a 50% discount on the bill, it didn’t make up for the meal.

The restaurant was not busy at the time, but the seats were very dirty. The ladies' toilets were dirty and the door was broken. When I asked for a new seat, the staff seemed annoyed and the new seat was sticky. I asked for warm water and the staff was unwelcoming and hesitant, but eventually brought it. They motioned for us to sit at the bar while we waited for our meal, and our cutlery was taken but not replaced. We had to ask for our pizza from new staff members, and when we asked for the bill, the staff began serving other customers. In the end, we had to go up to pay the bill ourselves.
