Portions seemed sma... read more Been ordering from here for a long time now. This time I ordered the mixed starter had increased by £2 and delivery gone from £1.5 to £2.49. Portions seemed smaller so not sure why they are charging 15% more for a lot less. Although the food was OK I'm not sure I can/want to pay increased prices for a lot less. Better off going to super market and buying it for 1/3 of the price. These places need to be careful. People won't order if they start to get too expensive and get less for it!

When I... read more I ordered food online and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, after my second serving, I found a sharp piece of plastic in my food. When I tried to address the issue with the restaurant, the manager was rude, aggressive, and shouted at me. I understand that times are tough, but I do not expect this kind of customer service. He even hung up on me. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Although the food was later than originally e... read more Having ordered from Paya a few times and really enjoying our food we placed an order in 22nd May through Just Eat. Although the food was later than originally expected this was fine as received a text telling us when my OH started eating their King Prawn pad Thai they found a piece of plastic in their food. I have tried contacting Paya on Facebook, Twitter and via email and have no response which is a great shame as we enjoyed the food but had put us off ordering from here again. Some form of acknowledgement would have made us consider using them again but silence has lost them a customer.
