I had an absolutely fantastic meal last night at Papa Gee's in Caversham! The flavors were authentic and the dishes were executed perfectly. The guanciale in the carbonara was a standout, so crispy yet melted in my mouth. I really enjoyed the carbonara, especially the option to order it traditionally with an egg yolk or with cream for those who can't have eggs.
