I placed and order online for delivery and paid via paypal which after i received confirmation said it was a pick up, i understand sometimes there can be errors onine so i called them straight away to say what happened and that i wasnt able to leave the house to collect hence why i ordered for delivery, the manager called Mohammed said that he couldnt do anything and that i would have to pay an extra £5 for delivery which is more than double what is says on their website £2) i said im willing to give the driver the £2 in cash when he arrives but he was adamant that i had to pay £5 or else i wouldnt be able to have it delivered and that i have to call another company YoYo) to get a refund. I asked to speak to someone higher as i wasnt happy with how he dealt with the situation. He then proceeded to shout at me because i asked for his name as i wanted to make a complaint, i have never spoken to such a vile person before and i will not order from there again!!! I think there has been a change in management as the food hasnt been very good the past few times ive ordered it has been cold when delivered so ive had to reheat in the microwave which makes me think its not been made fresh!!!
