I attribute this to us being the last customers of the day. Today, on the 30th, I returned to the restaurant.

We encountered a very rude and unpleasant woman at the door who insisted we scan the app for covid. I explained that I did not have the app and she rudely insisted that I scan it. I mentioned that it is not a legal requirement to have the app and offered to sign their book instead. However, she continued to be rude and made unpleasant faces. The manager should address this behavior as it was very unpleasant. On a positive note, Tracey took my order and she was very nice and helpful, a wonderful member of staff who deserves recognition. The food was nice, hot, and enjoyable.

Trust me some franchise outlets don't always get it right if production not properly planned you end up with oily chicken so kudos to this outlet.
