I visited for a quick cup of coffee and a Danish in the late morning. It wasn't crowded at all. The coffee and Danish were both fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the view from the window overlooking the pedestrian shopping street was lovely. I highly recommend this place.

The view of the busy street, convenient location, clean environment, and fantastic service caught my attention. They offer a variety of packaged paninis, salads for lunch, and a wide selection of delicious sweets at a very reasonable price. Now that I have discovered this coffee shop, I plan on coming back again and again. I may just become a regular customer for lunchtime.

The sta... read more My wife and I had a disappointing visit to John Lewis (the place to eat so decided to try Insomnia coffee shop at Primark and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and efficient, the place was clean and tidy and the the hot...drinks and food were good value. We will no doubt go there in future.
