When I checked the menu, I noticed in small print that it... read more I went out for a meal with six meat-lovers, secretly hoping that this place would offer vegan options. When I checked the menu, I noticed in small print that it said, “Vegan options available, please ask the staff.” I did just that and was pleasantly surprised to receive a special “Vegan Menu.” It was fantastic to be accommodated so well in a mainstream meat-focused restaurant! I enjoyed a lovely starter, main course, and dessert, plus I chose some vegan wine for the table, which was delicious. I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything at all.
