This beer is removed. in the last twelve months the maintenance was neglected and the place has become very lower on the heel and crooked. as the owner said as long as the students still come and buy why upgrade. there is a constant change. the coworker behind the bar, but the cook still carries white. the usual barfly are still attached to the rod, and the roll-up sticks fill the ash shells outside. the fruit bat is hosting a group of travel agencies that do not keep hours and is a first drop for students going to the city to preloaded by the union oversight of the agric students it is sister and loud and the workers do not take any notic to allow antik on tabletops and thrown plastic goggles. despite the owners who run a security company next door. the soft furniture inside is thread bare and cleaning the floor and table tops is only nominal. the design beer is warm and turbid with an acidic after taste, but the heineken is cold and drinkable and the coffee capsules and hot. Happy baggages are available to order with the bike cure for picking up outside the church, and quite cuddly. the staff of the kitchen is unreliable, but when the breakfast is open is rich spoon and generous. if they don't try a student on hunger ration not the big breakfast, it's just too big. the smaller versions are quite generous and if ordered before lunch are quite edible. the quality of the kitchen tends to reduce in the direction of the evening. this is a pub that makes a bit of annoying by itself in a residential area, so if they want to gawp to typical students who test their capacity for alcohol, they will do it soon as this facility can close soon. in the meantime, the asked is a practical stop for a pint with breakfast or for a burger.
I visited this pub a few weeks ago when I was in Reading and it was a terrible experience. The place had a strange smell, the women's toilets were new and clean, but my partner said the men's toilets were dirty and smelled like cannabis. The beer was also flat. I definitely will not be returning.
Since the natives do not appreciate what they have, why not the fruit asked to move down in the southwest, where we appreciate them? friendly reception and service, very generous portions too great worth (complete large English breakfast for and change from we did not go to admire the decor we wanted a decent breakfast and we got a great breakfast. and we'll do it again.
Had a lovely meal and a pint down there, the burger was huge and great value for Staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend a visit.
This place has some evolutions over the years, but the latest is the best. this is mainly due to the chef who produces amazing dishes and is very serious with his gravitation, the best I ever have in my life....Life they are native are very friendly and provide students pleasure. do not let this look from the place, leave it to the men of this world, as it has kitchen a hygiene rating of (the best they can get).
