What Lonnie Schmidt doesn't like about Forbury's:
I have tried on several occasions to book a table without any answer on the phone or answer machine. I can only presume they have enough bookings and do not require our custom? No website that I can find and no way of looking at a current menu. This Restaurant is an enigma. So haven’t had chance to try the food. Sarah Very disappointing !!!! View all feedback.

This restaurant has a nice relaxed ambience and is perfect for a special occasion. The food is good quality and menu frequently changed, although portions a little on the small side for the prices charges. One of the best things about the Restuarant is that they often put on speacial foodie and wine events which are great to go to. Ideal if you are into your food and wines

Great french food and excellent atmosphere. This restaurant is located in one of the nicest areas of Reading.The only downside is that the service was a bit slow and the prices a bit high.Other than that, I hope to go back soon!
