Great place for a burger, great atmosphe and fast service. The only down size is their cokes. They all seem to be tasteless unfortunately. Well good start excellent service to order ,move on to get your drink no Coca Cola choices in either machines no tango original either found out the hard way wi... read more Well good start excellent service to order ,move on to get your drink no Coca Cola choices in either machines no tango original either found out the hard way with carbonated water spilling out over me , after asking staff one guy gave us bottles of coke as husband asked for a refund manager came out with her mobile checked the machine for the cartridges needed then disappeared ,no communication ,no sorry ,then received food Cajun fries burnt husband returned them got given plain ones husband returned them ,they were tipped out Cajun spice added they were ok …..we ate and watched no notice put up about the drinks machines ,more customers getting cross as not been told ,same manager re appears I think unaware that we had previously seen her and we made it know that she was aware of the issue but had done nothing about it ,eventually she stormed off into her office ,another senior member of staff arrived ,she seemed to get things in hand and hey presto the drinks machines were being refilled with the syrup cartridges ….Would it be a good idea if the machines were checked and ready to go before opening ? Tell your customers at ordering if there is an issue so as they can choose to continue ? Also not sure on security but should staff be on their own moving money float trays to the tills ……Another family of 3 had worse issues than us he had to go back to the counter 3 times he was not a happy man

I ordered twice through Deliveroo and both times my order was incorrect and the food arrived cold. The first time I had to call to get the right order, which took an additional 45 minutes to arrive. The second time, the fries seemed overcooked and my burger was missing toppings. Once again, the food arrived cold. I will not be ordering for delivery from this restaurant again.
