I felt that the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous, because my impediment was especially at the breakfast. among the heat lamps they tend to lose their texture.

The breakfast was outstanding, offering a... read more My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza, specifically at the Caprice restaurant within the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options, and any extras we requested were delivered promptly. Our dinner was also of high quality; every dish was delicious and served hot. We received a warm welcome from the front-of-house staff, and all the service staff were polite and helpful. If this restaurant were near Reading, I would highly recommend it.

We've had dinner here several times this year, and each experience has been a perfect 10/10. The pork belly is outstanding and melts in your mouth. Amalia has been our server at three separate occasions, and she is remarkable! She remembers our preferences and provides exceptional service; her friendliness and professionalism truly enhance the dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Caprice Restaurant; they also excel in accommodating various dietary needs.
