Cafe Nero at the Oracle on a busy Easter Sunday was packed, but the sunny outside seating area was delightful. Despite some inconsistencies with drink sizes and service quality, the staff worked hard to accommodate customers. The diverse atmosphere near the train station was both cramped and bustling, with a wish for a more inclusive staff. While some felt the coffee was lacking, others praised the cozy ambiance and efficient service. Pricing was standard for the city center location. Overall, Cafe Nero in Reading offered a pleasant experience with friendly staff and good coffee.

Was Penguin Tan at Caffe Nero a mag?
Well I do think that there are some better coffee places around reading in terms of the coffee itself. This café Nero is my favourite location. I think the décor matches the music well and it's great to sit inside on a rainy day. It is also perfect to sit outside on a Sunny day and watch the world go by, or just Reading and all its madness. Either way it's always a good time View all feedback.
What samiremile dislikes about Caffe Nero:
Being Easter Sunday Cafe Nero at the Oracle my favourite is closed. Very busy specially the sunny outside seating area. I enjoyed my large latte though the milk was not very hot as I usually like it. Staff are good View all feedback.
The two ladies behind the bar were lovely, the one who made my drinks was a trainee but she was excellent on the bar. Served everyone so quickly and drinks were also made very quickly, thank you!
Came this morning for a coffee before my commute. Was served by a trainee barista, he was very polite and made an amazing coffee! Good job!!
Very disappointed with the frappe order. Looks more like chocolate ice slush rather than a frappe. Not worth the money you pay for it.
The service at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is very welcoming and kind.
I really enjoy the hot chocolate, the music, and the atmosphere at this restaurant!
