I called a catering order a few days before Xmas Eve. I went to pick it up and they lost my order. They blamed me at first saying I didn’t call them. I showed them the outgoing call on my phone. They still gave me attitude. I have a house full of people and no food. They gave no empathy. Couldn’t have care less. I was a regular customer but no more. They did make some food for me. Not my full order and they made it seem like it was a bother for them to do it. Never again. You lost a great long term customer. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
