Server was rude and rushed us out. Also, charged my husband for a final pour from the Bud Light draft which was warm and flat after he told us it was what he could get, so just take it. It was a parent's night out for us and I was NOT impressed. Waste of time really. View all feedback.
Always a great meal at Bertuccis! We ordered a duck and a big pizza and both were delicious. It goes without saying that the fresh from the oven rolls were also great. Special cry to Steph, who was very friendly and had the patience to hear my stories about roles and donuts!
Last night had a private function in the Reading Ma. Location. The food and service were spectacular! Our servers were friendly and helpful! Thanks Stephani and Kristy!
All my children and my grandchildren took me for my birthday. The food was great and the waiter was wonderful and everything else. No complaints here.
My husband and I are semi regulars. I had the chicken Piccata and my husband had the baked three cheese and chicken tortellini. Both were very good and the waiter was wonderful. Polite and attractive.
Management team was excellent in resolving a minor issue. Recovery was excellent. Thank You and we will be back!!!
