The salad bar is all said and it was very clean and well filled. We were treated to a fantastic service by Gino, who ensured that we had everything we needed and more. Kristy (sp. was the best, gave us a small singing performance and real good feelings. Thank you to everyone who makes the evening so pleasant!

The soda refills consisted mostly of seltzer water with hardly any syrup. The salad bar was poorly stocked; they tried to substitute items to fill gaps, like using something other than bacon bits, and there weren’t any plates available. I had to track down someone to ask for plates and ingredients for the salad bar. Meanwhile, the restaurant was overwhelmed with takeout orders, and many customers were standing at the kitchen doors, visibly frustrated. At one point, an angry customer even started shouting. We watched as people who arrived an hour after us ordered, ate, and paid before we even received our meals. It was particularly challenging having three kids with us while we listened to other customers complain and shout. When our meal finally arrived, it was incorrect, and the drinks were undrinkable. My $90 birthday dinner turned out to be a terrible experience. All we received was a sorry, with an assurance of better service and food if we ever returned.

I got the salad bar and the lettuce was turning brown, a couple of the tomatoes were soft and starting to rot and the pre made salads were dried out. My wife got the new York strip and asked for it medium. We waited a while, and they weren't that busy, and when it came out it was well done. She sent it back and the second steak was full of gristle and not that edible. They only.discounted her $8 for the trouble. I'm not one to complain at restaurants but it should have been at least half if not completely taken off. Our server didn't even take any empty glasses or anything from the table so while we are eating we have dishes piling up. This was honestly the worst experience in a restaurant we have ever had and sorry to say we will NOT be going back.
