Had dinner with a friend for his birthday. Food was good. Staff was friendly. I had Asiago bacon chicken. Definitely worth it. 4 stars because of the current environment plate presentation was lacking. Don't let it stop you. Still worth a night out. View all feedback.

First I arrived and no one told me anything...second my order was ready at 6:31...third they were not busy and last they gave me the food that was already made at 6:40...they didn't give me napkins and The food was hamburgers ? with fries and the fries were like 10 fries and the price was almost $14...I won't be View all feedback.

We had an explosion! The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was great. Our server, Debbie, was a lot of fun and super helpful. She was quick with service and recommendations, and she was very friendly with a great personality. Your section had a lot of regulars that they really like (we'll say overhead more than a few of their customers: "we'll see you next week at our regular time." The manager, also called Josh, was also very friendly and personal. He stopped by to check us to chat with us and make sure our food was delicious (what it was. It was obvious that employees take care of their customers and this Ruby Tuesday feel part of the community. Sometimes it may be hard to highlight a chain restaurant, but this has definitely for exceptional service, cleanliness and food. We will definitely go back and ask for Debbie!
King our Warier was the best waiter I ever had! He was so interactive with my little sister and you don't see that with waiters. He was also very knowledgeable in the various offers and specialties they had made! I hope everyone in this place gives a round of applause to King for his great work!

We decided to go here for dinner and honestly we should have went somewhere else. I got the salad bar and the lettuce was turning brown, a couple of the tomatoes were soft and starting to rot and the pre made salads were dried out. My wife got the new York strip and asked for it medium. We waited a while, and they weren't that busy, and when it came out it was well done. She sent it back and the second steak was full of gristle and not that edible. They only.discounted her $8 for the trouble. I'm not one to complain at restaurants but it should have been at least half if not completely taken off. Our server didn't even take any empty glasses or anything from the table so while we are eating we have dishes piling up. This was honestly the worst experience in a restaurant we have ever had and sorry to say we will NOT be going back.
We asked our server to please put fresh lettuce on the salad bar, and he did. I personally dont care for whatever the meat is on the salad bar... I don't think it's ham! We were kindly moved to another booth when the gentleman next to our first booth became ill.
Our experience was over the top wonderful!!!! The waiter, King and waitress in training, Cash treated use like VIP.Little did they know we were having a very special day with our friend..We gave our friend many options of where she wanted to have lunch and she chose your lovely restaurant !!!!!!!I was excited because I knew Ruby Tuesdays always had excellent food!!!!!The day was a miserable rainy day. The hostess commented on the rain and I told her I was that odd person that loves tons of snow and rain!!!! Bless her heart, she smiled and said “we need people like you in the world like you” so the moment we walked into your restaurant our experience was amazing!As the hostess took use to a corner table, King came immediately to out aid and started moving chairs and tables. All the while talking to our friend like she was royalty. Putting her at ease. Making her smile. Remember she is in a motorized wheelchair.From there our experience just continued to be more amazing. King and Cash treated our friend with dignity, respect and compassion. They went out of their way to even make her a milkshake!!!!!Thank you Ruby Tuesdays for giving my friend Faith the perfect experience I was hoping she would have.
