Good for burger, but hostess service not so much. we had reservations, there were many open tables, and we went right after a party of three with out reservatio... read more Good for burger, but hostess service not so much. we had reservations, there were many open tables, and we went right after a party of three with out reservations. the party of three was immediately sat. we had to wait until our table was set (but there were plenty of 6 tops in different stations open. when the hostess placed us in an area that did not actually have a server. so we are 30 minutes in the house and no service. we let the hostess know and it took another 10 minutes to get attention. Once we had service, it was great. peggy sue was our server and she was fantastic. Eating was good, not great.

Extremely disappointed. had a reservation for over a week and ended with a table at the door that rolled them together after my party checked. not only the ambi... read more Extremely disappointed. had a reservation for over a week and ended with a table at the door that rolled them together after my party checked. not only the ambiente sucked, we got a cold explosion every time the door was opened. expects better a reservation. the posse on the switch was not very organized either. we were asked three times in 10 minutes when we wait for a table. if there was a lot on the door and a host would have been understandable. two or three parties wait and a lot behind the counter. not so much. then we have the menu. nothing like the menus viva has offered in past. yuk! packed and left before the drinks arrived.

Despite having reservations, we were made to... read more The burgers at this restaurant are top-notch, but unfortunately, the hostess service left something to be desired. Despite having reservations, we were made to wait while a party of three without reservations was immediately seated. There were plenty of open tables available, but it took a while for us to be accommodated. When we were finally seated, we were placed in an area without a server, leading to a 30-minute wait for service. After bringing this to the hostess's attention, it took another 10 minutes for us to be served. Once Peggy Sue became our server, however, the experience improved significantly. The food was good overall, though not exceptional.
