Sometimes he looks like he even doesn’t understand half the stuff I’m explaining to him and keeps asking me to repeat myself. So

The s... read more I typically order the same meal every time: a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, donuts, and a drink. Unfortunately, they often forget to include my donuts. The service here is friendly, and the place is clean. I do prefer this location over the one just around the corner from my house.

They happily take my money but never say thank you.

The staff especially the team at the cash register is uncommunicative, u... read more I agree with others who've said this is one of the worst Dunkin' branches I've been to. The staff especially the team at the cash register is uncommunicative, unfriendly and unhelpful. I have learned to always ask them to repeat back what I ordered because, more often than not, they screw it up and they don't seem to care.The support team making the drinks and the food seems to be ever changing sometimes OK, sometimes not.Everybody there seems to hate their jobs which is I'm sure why they can't keep the few good people who seem to work there briefly then disappear.I work out at the Planet Fitness right next door so it's convenient to use this Dunks but every time I do I regret it.
