If you're looking for a large coffee along with a concerning atmosphere, this might fit the bill. The staff doesn't wear masks, and their professionalism, particularly in management, leaves much to be desired.
Today I was disappointed for the first time in this place. Coffee was amazing, but my breakfast sandwiches were burned.
Look I get it, we all have bad days. But come on, I go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin now. Consistently rude employees not putting cream cheese on bagels.... But they do nail my coffee, it's sad.
Bad. Drive through person had no mask at all on
I've driven through this restaurant multiple times, and each time, I've encountered the same loud, obnoxious, and unprofessional employee. To make matters worse, whenever she is working, my coffee is burned and the food is served cold, despite having to wait for it. When I go to other locations, my order tastes as it should. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
