Was Elizabeth M at Dunkin' a mag?
I would give this restaurant five stars, but I’m always disappointed that my coffee is never filled all the way. It really frustrates me because I paid for a full cup, not just three-quarters of it. View all feedback.
What cory c dislikes about Dunkin':
I waited 25 minutes for a black coffee, and they never seem to have what I order. The staff were unprofessional as well. When I asked for K-Cups, one employee told me, "They're in my manager's office, and I don't have the key." If you choose to go to this place, I suggest using the drive-thru instead. This is the third time this week that this Dunkin' Donuts location has messed up my medium regular coffee with cream, no sugar. Today, they charged me for a large coconut coffee with cream and sugar. Seriously, how are those two orders even close? It's always the same girl who gets it wrong. She seems friendly enough, but she always seems flustered and tends to blame others for her mistakes.
I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough latte with whole milk and sugar, but it tasted nothing like what I expected. Plus, there was no sugar added! What a disappointment.
I try to visit this place every day for a dunkachino. Evelyn makes the best drinks. Jess and Emily always take great care of me, and Sam is also very helpful whenever she's around.
Four days ago, I ordered the same drink along with two hash browns and a blueberry muffin. Surprisingly, my coffee was correct this time, but when I got home, I found that I hadn't received my hash browns. I paid nearly $6 after using a coupon. The next day, I placed the same order with the coupon but, oddly enough, it was $1.50 cheaper than the previous day. How does that even happen? I also tried the Dunkin' in Exeter, hoping it would be better, but sadly, both locations struggle with taking orders and making my coffee correctly. I can't help but wonder—when will there be a Starbucks drive-thru in Exeter?
In the last two weeks, it appears that all of the longtime staff members have left, and as a result, the quality of the coffee has significantly deteriorated. The taste has been quite disappointing. They really need to raise their standards, clean their machines, and avoid leaving food out for extended periods. One of those muffins could genuinely make someone ill!
