Dunkin' - Reading

I waited 25 minutes for a black coffee, and they never have what I order. The staff were completely unprofessional. When I requested K-Cups, one employee told me, "They're in my manager's office, and I don't have the key." If you decide to visit this place, I recommend using the drive-thru instead.

This location is terrible. They frequently get your order wrong, the staff is rude, and it's hands down the slowest Dunkin' in Berks County. Save your time and avoid this place.

I would give them five stars, but they never fill my coffee all the way, which really bothers me. I paid for a full cup, not three-quarters of one.

This is a no star rating so don 't let the one star fool you. The slowest, most painful service I can remember receiving in recent times. Seems like they had two employees on and I really mean no disrespect but the cashier was fresh off the slow train. He sounded lazy, acted lazy and looked lazy. OMG how do they stay in business. I said to him in frustration. why is it taking so long, do you know how long your line is? With a blank stare he leaned out the window at the waist and said Huh I just drove off, repeating myself required too much energy..

I ordered through the drive through this morning, hoping it would be better than previous experiences. I ordered one dozen mixed donuts and a box of munchkins to keep it easy. I was told to pull up to the side and the girl who was at the window was extremely nice, so I have no issue with her. However, while waiting for my order I watched an employee drop a donut on the floor (along with the paper used to pick up the donuts) and they left the donut on the floor. The paper on the other hand, was picked back up and used to grab more donuts to put into the box. While I don't work in the restaurant industry, I'm pretty sure that's a health hazard. I hope that other Dunkin Donuts establishments don't follow this same standard.
