We like this CN location a lot. Probably one of our favorites. Very cozy great service. Yet, the very last time we were there, we had 2 issues; there was a considerable amount of fruit flies, the thermostat temperature was so high inside that we had to walk outside for a bit to cool down.We hope the management can take care of those issues asap because we love to hang out there. What Jennie S doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
I was disappointed that this Nero location was unwilling to use my reusable mug, especially since other Neros have no issue with it. They only offered to pour my drink into a paper cup and then transfer it to my mug, which defeats the purpose of using a reusable mug. View all feedback.
Loved everything about it. The decor is cozy and eclectic. The cafe au lait was delicious. Sat by the fire with a friend, sipping coffees a very relaxing vibe!
There is a spike in COVID cases in MA, it would be nice if staff were wearing masks.
After a bad coffee experience in Tottenham Court Road London ?? this visit to Noth Reading has brought me back to the Nero ?
Just the best. Very cute interior but comfortable. Food and coffee excellent
Waited over 15 min for a pick up order in the store at the time it said it would be ready. Left with nothing.
