The manager, Stacy, was fantastic. I was in a hurry, but her team was on top of things and quickly got my order ready. The place was clean, and the food was hot. I had a wonderful experience!
I went to order at the drive-thru, but no one was there. So, I went inside, and to my surprise, everyone was just on their cell phones. Finally, someone came to help me, but they had a terrible attitude and were quite rude, which made me walk out. I won’t be returning if this is how they run their business. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Worst service ever. Haven't been here in years because of the lack of rest, decided to go back because of my daughter, thought they may have changed but nope same disgusting service. They are so rude, I will never go back.
What a joke this place was! The lobby doors are locked 6pm, so you have no choice but to use the drive thru. I had to repeat my order to the idiot at the speaker, not once, but 3 times! I still came back to find the 2 burgers and fries far from warm and they had to be reheated. They got 1 burger absolutely wrong. The only thing they managed to pull off was a perfectly cold Frosty drink. ?? Zero points for the effort, it’s supposed to be cold!!! Glad I had dinner before hand, I certainly wouldn’t want to see what else they could’ve screwed up.
