They are so rude, I will never go back.

Finally, someone came to... read more I went to order at the drive-thru, but no one was there. So, I went inside, and to my surprise, everyone was just on their cell phones. Finally, someone came to help me, but they had a terrible attitude and were quite rude, which made me walk out. I won’t be returning if this is how they run their business. I wouldn't recommend this place.

What a joke this place was! The lobby doors are locked 6pm, so you have no choice but to use the drive thru. I had to repeat my order to the idiot at the speake... read more What a joke this place was! The lobby doors are locked 6pm, so you have no choice but to use the drive thru. I had to repeat my order to the idiot at the speaker, not once, but 3 times! I still came back to find the 2 burgers and fries far from warm and they had to be reheated. They got 1 burger absolutely wrong. The only thing they managed to pull off was a perfectly cold Frosty drink. ??‍ Zero points for the effort, it’s supposed to be cold!!! Glad I had dinner before hand, I certainly wouldn’t want to see what else they could’ve screwed up.

Then I ordered the new pretzel baconator, literally got a double cheeseburger with one piece of bacon on regular buns, the fries were freezing! This is the FIFTH time in a row I’ve come to this Wendy’s my order was completely wrong!I love Wendy’s, I don’t ever do these reviews but this has to be the worst place in my area sadly. Please fire a LOT of people at this store. Period.
