When I asked them to repeat my order, they just laughed. Furthermore, the food was undercooked.

When I got my coffee, the cu... read more I've been a loyal customer at this Dunkin', but my recent experience has been disappointing, possibly due to changes in management. When I got my coffee, the cup was oily, and when I asked for a replacement, they handed me the same cup back. To make matters worse, my food bag fell on the floor, and an employee named Cassie picked it up and handed it back to me without any napkins. I was very disappointed and grossed out by the whole situation. I won't be returning again and hope they can make some improvements.
