Bread bowl topped with étouffée with fried fish... read more LAMM Hospice treated myself and my Director of Nurses to the plate lunch today and I must say it was fantastic. Bread bowl topped with étouffée with fried fish and fried chips and coleslaw. This was ever so delicious and enough food to feed 2( but I didn’t share). Definitely worth the drive to my momma’s home town of Rayne.
