For those new to Wingstop, the wings are made fresh to order, so there's always a 15 to 20 minute wait, even during slow times like 2 PM on a Tuesday. Since this location is new, longer wait times are expected due to high customer volume, which is understandable. On the bright side, the food was cooked perfectly—both the wings and fries were hot and fresh. The service was excellent as well; the young woman at the counter was very friendly. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return.

Despite there being only five customers inside and about ten orders in progress, I was told the wait time would be an hour and a half. I chose not to wait. Having been around for nearly 30 years, it’s surprising that they would open a new location without an experienced manager during the first month, instead relying on a trainee. The reviews from Raymore and Lee's Summit suggest this may be a broader issue for the company.

Sever... read more I ordered two 10-piece boneless meals, but it took more than 35 minutes to get my order, while the staff appeared more interested in chatting in the back. Several employees told their supervisor they weren’t properly trained on many tasks, which led to them standing around and talking. They also forgot to include the extra dipping sauces I paid for. To make matters worse, the wings I received were supposed to be lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan, but they were not. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered on the app and it said 25-30 minutes. Currently in the restaurant still waiting and it's been 50minutes. I still don't have my order. It's 8 pm and there are 2 people in the place. Update: After the long wait, I arrivedhome and found that I was shorted wings. Ridiculous after almost an hour wait.

However, this Wingstop here in a Raymore is garbage. I?ve yet to have an order completed on time or accurate. Go to state lineroad Wingstop where they are competent.
