I got a Mexican coke both times which requires a bottle opener to open both times I was not provided with the bottle open or a bottle opener to open my drink. Both times I was at this location the smoke from the workers cooking filled the entire location. I will not be returning here. First time ordering; from this place, but definitely won't be the last!! The nacho chips were so light; and crispy that I literally had to force myself from eating the entire bag! ...Never stop doing what you guys are doing. I used to love h... read more I don't know what happened to this place. But it seems like in just the last couple of weeks everything has started going completely down hill. I used to love how fresh the ingredients always were. And I used loved the lime tortilla chips. But the last few times I've been in the food and service has really suffered. To the people making your food randomly putting different toppings on it if they run out of an ingredient. (Like replacing salsa with pico and random salad dressings)To the actual freshness and flavor of the food not being up to snuff. And what happened to the chips? Its like someone poured an entire barrel of salt in the chip bin and then farted all over it. WTH happened to this place? Last time I went the queso they put on wasn't even hot and every time I eat here my stomach hurts really bad after. I hope they are keeping items up to temp on the line, maybe they had just added more queso and it was still warming up but that experience made me stop eating here even though we got a free entree coupon for our food being made completely wrong. I really wanted to like this place but it has been disappointing 4/5 times. Very inconsistent with portions. If you are counting your calories it would be very difficult to do it accurately here. I will say though they do give a lot more chips than chipotle but other than that I still think chipotle is better.
