My pizza was picked up, I received notifications, but then it was eventually canceled. To make matters worse, I discovered that I need to request a refund through the Casey’s app myself.

All the employees were gathered in the back room, and there was no food in sight. I inquired about placing an order, but was told it would take a long time because they were having a meeting. Perhaps the first topic they should discuss in that meeting is the importance of attending to customers who are requesting service.

However, the staff and manager Dylan did everything to make it right. I hope corporate figures out how to deal with mistakes that DoorDash makes.

There is never any receipt paper in the pumps if you pay with a credit card, you then go inside and wait 10 minutes for someone to finally come out of the office to help you.

We absolutely love the Casey's on Madison Street and consider it the best among all the locations in the area! Every order we've placed has been prompt, consistent, and delicious. They always check in with us regarding any special requests before we leave, ensuring everything meets our standards. They consistently go above and beyond to make us happy, and the pizza we had this week was undoubtedly the best I've had in a long time! It was cooked to perfection! Thanks again!
