we went on a Sunday afternoon through Rawlins and taco johns seemed the only Mexican food place to be open. it is her average fast food taco place. the eating tasted fresh and was less fat, then a taco bell. the staff seemed polite and seemed to have no problem serving a lesbian couple (we run into this problem quite often in wyoming). if they are in the mood for mexicans, this is a decent place to go. I had never been to Taco John's before, as we are from Ohio. The service at this restaurant was good, the facility was clean, and the dining experience was well-organized. View all feedback.
I stopped by at closing. Got my order at the drive through. Pulled to the other side. Noticed I was missing some of what I ordered. Went to the front door and was told they are closed. The lady that gave me my order 1 minute prior wouldn't even acknowledge me who was 5 feet from the door. Walked to the drive up window and was told they are closed. I had to explain I just wanted my full order. Finally got everything and my taco bravo was cold not cool but more like the meat just came out of the fridge?? I will avoid this place in the future!
Flavor of my food was great, but would like to see more meat on the steak street tacos especially if it costs $10+.
This place never opens on time went this morning and it's closed till 10 AM this sucks better get better help.
We ordered 2 taco salads and 2 mocha ice creams. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean. The prices were reasonable. The salads were delicious and the coffee was pleasant. If we're going through our journeys, we'd be back.
I didn’t have Taco John’s in decades – I’m pretty sure I mean that – and it wasn’t disappointed. I'm pretty sure I got in during an employee meeting, but the manager was still wonderfully helpful. He knew what he was talking about, friendly and informative. Despite his leadership of 10-odd-zoomed staff, he maintained the meeting, asked them to go outside and led me through the menu options with advice and suggestions. It is in a small town right on the highway – so expect You did not have a social experience – but boy was that Steak and Tater Burrito was wonderful – and the active bowl too!!
