The service was disappointing. The selection of donuts is often limited, and many popular options are no longer available. You find yourself settling for what's on hand rather than getting what you actually want. The taste of the other food items and the coffee was quite ordinary as well.
We waited in line for a long time, and the drive-thru was closed. Half of the employees were on their phones, the service was extremely slow, and there were eight employees on the floor. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here on weekends!
The workers literally forgot me at the drive through window. After paying for my order they closed the window. I had to bang on the window. The lady even asked me if I paid. Ridiculous
I requested double toasting for two different items, but, surprise surprise, it wasn't done! Is it really that difficult to follow an order?
