We tried the classic tasting menu and it was truly extraordinary: each dish was an explosion of flavors, taking us on a true journey through the Carnic region. An authentic experience and highly recommended. The wine tasting was also very interesting and thoughtful, with unconventional choices perfectly paired with the dishes, bringing out every nuance. Finally, the service was impeccable: the staff were professional, attentive, and exceptionally kind. One detail we greatly appreciated was the attention given to our dog, for whom a small bowl of homemade meat kibble was prepared, along with water. A truly worthwhile experience.

The cuisine is solid, precise, and flawless: perfectly cooked dishes with distinct and easily recognizable flavors, respecting the ingredients and the local area, yet with a well-defined personal vision. Nothing is left to chance, and this is clearly evident in the dishes. A distinctive and identifying element is the use of wild garlic, cleverly incorporated: an elegant, yet never invasive, aromatic nuance that characterizes the dishes and expresses Carnia with authenticity and personality. Chef Gloria's touch is evident: character, consistency, and passion. One senses a cuisine that is thoughtful, believed in, and executed with conviction, uncompromising and without chasing passing fads. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfectly in tune with the culinary offerings. The service is present, attentive, and precise, never invasive, capable of accompanying the experience with discretion and expertise. My only constructive criticism: the wine pairing could be further refined, further enhancing a cuisine that deserves pairings that truly enhance it. A restaurant that demonstrates its identity, respect for the local area, and authentic cuisine, crafted with heart and soul. I will gladly return.
