This Vietnamese restaurant in Annandale is pretty good. It is part of a different ownership chain. The Vietnamese scrape is pretty good as well as the marinated beef cube. It is very tasty. What johnny doesn't like about Pho Hai Duong Inc:
Was wanting just an ice coffee for the road, so I stopped by here. Did not know there was a $10 minimum for card pay and the cashier didn't seem pleased but went ahead anyways with my order. I tipped an extra buck but I really shouldn't have. Ended up paying $7 for a barely half filled cup! I literally finished it in a couple of sips. In my opinion, best in the falls Church Annandale Springfield area. Go almost once per week.
Service is fast and great, their pho is delicious, and prices are worth it! I try to find a better pho place closer to me but none can compare to here. I've come back here many times and will continue to. Thank you Pho Hai Duong!
